This Privacy Policy describes how Family Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Sudoku Champ mobile application (the “App”), available on Google Play under the package name com.familyapps.sudokuchamp, and related services hosted at sudokuchamp.org (together, the “Services”).

You may use some features without creating a full profile; certain progress or purchases may still be linked to an anonymous or device-level identifier.
If you use the Photo Solver feature, you may grant camera or photo library access. Images you capture or select are processed to detect Sudoku grids and may be sent to our servers for solving or validation. We use this data only to provide the feature, not for unrelated advertising profiling.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive purchase-related information needed to deliver coins or premium features (for example product ID, purchase state, and tokens provided by Google). We do not receive your full payment card details.

The App includes Kids puzzle modes aimed at school-age players (approximately Class 1–8). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without appropriate parental consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the App, including in-app purchases and privacy settings.
Our servers and third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own (including the United States and countries where Google operates). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in the App or via other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
